At Point Being Wellness, we value your time and appreciate your trust in our services. To ensure a smooth and respectful experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you observe the following cancellation policy:
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
We require at least 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client in need.
Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
No-Shows:
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without any prior notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. The all session fee will still apply.
Emergency Situations:
We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can occur. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made at our discretion.
